The center establishes a Practical Training Program for Human Resources in Drug Discovery Research Management to promote human and animal drug discovery research management skills, which are presently lacking in Japan. Individuals trained in this program will society as research managers at pharmaceutical companies, URAs at universities, pharmaceutical affairs personnel with the government, and drug discovery researchers at companies, universities, and research institutes.
